Okej, možda smo malo zakomplikovali jutarnje razbuđivanje (bespotreno) dugačkim uvodom, ali nastavite da skrolujete jer vam donosimo recept za niskokaloričan burito sa začinjenom piletinom u chipotle sosu.

Burito sa začinjenom piletinom u chipotle sosu
Sastojci
- 2 velike tortilje
- 300 g pilećeg filea
- mocarela
- zelena salata
- 1 paradajz
- 1 crveni luk
- 1/2 kašike maslinovog ulja
- so
- biber
- mlevena papirka
- beli luk u prahu
- chilli u prahu
- origano
- kim
- 3 kašike light majoneza
- 1-2 halapenjo paprike
- 1/2 ceđene limete
Priprema
Piletina
Pileći file premazati maslinovim uljem, a zatim začiniti – so, biber, mlevena paprika, beli luk u prahu, chilli u prahu, origano, kim. Pržiti na tiganju 6 do 8 minuta sa svake strane. Nakon toga, piletinu iseckati na komadiće.
Sos
U posudu staviti 1 ili 2 sitno iseckane halapenjo papričice, tri kašike light majoneza, sok od limete i pola kašičice belog luka u prahu. Sve to dobro izmešati.
Tortilja
Na tortilju prvo staviti gotovu piletinu i preliti je sosom. Zatim dodati 50 g mocarele, iseckanu zelenu salatu, paradzaj i crveni luk. Zamotati tortilju i „tostirati“ je na tiganju sa obe strane.

You can find it at any grocery store in the Mexican food aisles. • If you want to balance the spicy with sweet, add 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup to your sauce. • To ensure your chicken seasoning doesn’t burn on the pan, make sure to cook on medium heat and optional: lightly grease the pan with oil beforehand. • You can make these burritos in large batches and store them in the fridge for up to 5 days as a meal prep.
